Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund up to 30 days from the invoice date. No re-stocking fee will apply. Upon receipt, a credit invoice will be issued to your account, excluding shipping costs incurred from the original order. All stock items are eligible, however, custom products that are made according to your specifications are not subject to return.

What is the Zack Products Return Process?

  1. Complete one of our online return form.
  2. A customer service representative will confirm your return with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Upon authorization, re-package the product and ship it back to ZPC. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
  4. Once the merchandise has been received by ZPC, a credit will be issued to your account, excluding shipping and handling costs incurred on the original order. You will be notified when the credit invoice has been processed.
