Warehousing Program Terms and Conditions
- The terms of the Warehouse Program mandates the shipment of all product within 12 months of the initial inventory.
- The customer will be invoiced for the complete order merchandise when inventory is placed into storage.
- Contingency in the event the account elects to extend Warehousing Program: At the end of the Warehouse Program Agreement it may be necessary for the customer to continue to have ZPC store their product. ZPC must be in receipt of a new order for warehousing prior to the expiration date.
- At the expiration of the Warehouse Program Customer Service Department will communicate with the customer to identify the expiration and determine if the product needs to be disposed of or shipped. ZPC will ship all remaining product to the customer unless otherwise instructed to dispose of it. All costs incurred by ZPC for the shipping or disposal of the product will be billed to the customer.

Conclusion of an agreement
Our Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all agreements concluded between you and Zack Products. They are also applicable if a contractual party refers to its own terms and conditions in its order. By sending us an order you simultaneously consent to all further conditions of Zack Products specified on the site.
If our confirmation of an order differs from the details specified by the customer in an order, then the customer must correct the relevant details immediately in writing. Otherwise the agreement shall become effective on the conditions specified in the confirmation.
